Providing Australia FMS Program Support and Foreign Liaison Support Services with NAVAIR at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Providing SAF/IA Regional Country Director support and Security Cooperation/FMS Portfolio and program management support  

Providing support in project management, core agency financial management and decentralized financial management, including complex problem resolution through research of laws/regulations and designing solutions for processing transactions resulting from DARPA’s unique business operations. 

  • DHA Surgical Clinical Review (SCR) – ACT1 provides SCR services to identify NSQIP qualified surgical cases, extracting pertinent data, entering that data into the NSQIP databank, identifying trends, coordinates with surgical staff and other Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff to address identified areas. 
  • DHA J-9 – ACT1 provides support for procurement, budget and financial management areas of all Research & Development divisions. 

Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) Surgeon General

USAF Air Mobility Command’s 621st Contingency Response Wing (CRW) Mobility Support Advisory Squadrons (MSAS)   

Supporting modernization of aerospace and ground-based expeditionary and in-garrison medical capabilities in PACAF’s area of responsibility.

Provides security cooperation and building partnership capacity support to the 818 MSAS at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ and 571 MSAS at Travis AFB, CA.  The 818 MSAS primarily supports U.S. Africa Command and the 571 MSAS primarily supports U.S. Southern Command.
