Program Management

Program Management

For over 20 years, ACT1 has provided exceptionally rated support to the F-35 JPO.

The F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Program is considered the single most complex defense acquisition program in U.S. Government history. ACT1 successfully negotiated more than $1 billion in savings on the core program for all F-35 customers to include the USAF, USN, USMC, International Cooperative Partners, and FMS Customers.  Additionally, ACT1 realized more than $100 million in international customer program savings and cost avoidance for three separate FMS procurement cases.
