The Aviation Line of Business supports customers across the aviation sector on their most challenging issues, bringing together ACT1 expertise to support programs including the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (F-35 JPO), USAF’s Air Combat Command, and the USN’s Naval Aviation Warfare Center.

F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office 

USAF Air Combat Command’s 505th Command and Control Wing (CCW) 

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) J39, Deputy Directorate for Global Operations (DDGO), Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) Operations Division 

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Enterprise Program Management Office (e-PMO)

Air Force Medical Readiness Agency 

Supports all F-35 customers to include USAF, USN, USMC, International Cooperative Partners, and FMS Customers in three separate support contracts for Business Financial Management (including cost estimating, analysis, and earned value management), Engineering, and Logistics.

Supports 505th Test and Training Group (TTG) mission to conduct premier testing, evaluation, training and tactics development across command and control (C2), sensors, and battle management weapons systems.  Supports initial qualification training for all geographic and global air operations centers (AOCs), intermediate and advanced training for Air Force Forces (AFFOR) and AOC staffs, and delivers hands-on, operational level multi-domain C2 lessons learned to the joint force 

Providing innovative program support in developing a consistent EW policy and doctrine for the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Joint Task Forces (JTFs). The scope includes formulating a new Joint EW Roadmap, policies and procedural controls, and developing Joint EW education and training materials to establish codified, operational requirements. 

Provides Enterprise-Level Program Management Office Services (e-PMO Services) to seven (7) program directorates of the Customs and Border Patrol’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) program directorates, responsible for nearly $1 billion annually in products and services spending. ACT1 support includes project and program management, logistics, finance, asset management, investment management, human resources, and surge support. 

Provided on-site and remote financial analysis consulting and budget execution support at both the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and Headquarters levels. 

Air Force Cost Analysis Agency

Naval Aviation Warfare Center (NAWC) Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Program  

Supports research, analysis, design, and modernization efforts to make current cost data and estimating methods and tools on government templates for designated weapons systems.

ACT1 supports NAVAIR’s Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst in Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) to augment and support the Mission Aligned Organization for new and in-service ALRE systems and subsystems.
